Where do you get your amazing goods?

I travel several times a year to locales all over the globe. I strive to find unique and one-of-a-kind items to bring back to the brand. In many cases, the items that I do find are so unique that I am not able to get more than 1 or 2 of them.

The item I want is sold out! Are you getting more?

If you've fallen in love with an item on the site, but it's sold out, don't give up hope! First, check to see if it's labeled as "one-of-a-kind". If so, this item is very unique and Black Hound may not be able to find it's equal easily, if at all.

In other cases, I find talented designers that can produce more and are eager to grow their exposure. In these cases, Black Hound can restock popular items! Send in a mail to info@shopblackhound.com or post a comment to the item you love to request a restock!

How long does it take to restock an item?

Since Black Hound travels all over the globe to find it's goods, the time to restock an item may very greatly depending on the item and region of origin. For items from the continental US and Canada, it can take up to 2 weeks to restock. For items in Europe, it may take 2-3 weeks to restock. For items from Africa, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Russia or a pacific island nation, it may take 3-5 weeks to restock.

Why, thank you for asking! I am a designer as well as a photographer! All of the photos on the site are taken by me, including the studio photography and portraits of myself unless otherwise noted. All images on this site are protected by International Copyright Laws and may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
